Jards Macalé is one of the most important artists in the Brazilian music scene.
Singer, composer, arranger and a distinguished guitarist, the "carioca" musician is going through a moment of great visibility and recognition in his 50 years of career, with sold out concerts in his tours in Brazil.
Recorded by Maria Bethânia and Gal Costa, among other voices in MPB, he is the musical director of Caetano Veloso's exile album, "Transa".
